CMS is an excellent option for dealership phone training. Their trainers offer relevant, bite-sized training sessions that will absolutely make your sales staff more effective when dealing with customers on the phone. For starters each phone training specialist I have had in the past 8 weeks are fantastic and very professional. When your not use to giving out information on the norm over the phone, they encourage you by giving you feedback on how to transition through it. CMS and their word track learning system has been wonderful for understanding the way incoming and outgoing calls are to be handled. Using this company as a training method for making sales calls has helped considerably. Some of the trainers give very honest feedback, but some almost seem like they’re afraid to offend when I call in, but it is reflected in the scores they give instead. Overall a very positive experience. I was skeptical at first but phone calls have become was easier since I started using the scripts.

I would like to thank them. Because I have never worked in car sales before so when I started working I didn’t know how to talk to customers over the phone and set up the appointment plus how to come over the objections that they have but working with CMS I learned a lot. I highly recommend them.

I am not sure if I am necessarily supposed to have a favorite trainer, but I love working with Kara Heneghan. She is always laid back and it definitely helps with making me feel comfortable.

I really enjoyed my training sessions. They were truly helpful ensuring I have the skill sets needed and tweaking things here and there to make me more successful. Michelle and Laney were awesome. I know majority of the time I was paired with Michelle based on when I did my phone training she was always very polite and helpful. The training is a useful tool for anyone in a customer service role. The biggest thing you’ll learn and be able to apply is word choice. Being able to correctly navigate conversations and objections with correct word choice is a big asset. The team does an excellent job training!

All staff members I have worked with are very professional and work to ensure you are comfortable in maintaining control over the phone. The training may seem a little tedious as it is repetitive, but it really works! Developing a plan/approach on the phones is very important!

I am having a wonderful experience with CMS training! I have had great experience with my trainer Coral the past two weeks. I was super nervous at first, but then after the first couple tries I can really notice a difference, and now it's a breeze. Highly recommend this phone training!

The trainers are great. I have definitely improved my salesmanship due to the training I have received. Also, one trainer specifically, Layney is top notch. She has helped me with additional questions on how to handle low inventory problems that have surfaced as part of the pandemic/ microchip shortage and was able to help guide me along with certain aspects of the training that I had a tough time relating to. I still have a lot more to learn but I have a lot more lessons to go from CMS.

When my manager decided to go with them for training I was really worried and not looking forward to it, but I've really enjoyed every training exercise I've had. I can tell it's making me a better salesman- I know what to say to objections. It doesn't feel like training- they make it fun and pleasant. I have been doing the phone training for a short time and the trainers are awesome, they explain what we will be going over and let you know what they think you need to practice on. The training is a lot of what my BDC Manager has trained me on, just the wording is a little different. I have applied the training that I am receiving to incoming calls and follow up's with other customers and I feel that it is well worth it. It is so good to know that I work for a company that wants to invest in myself to make be a better part of the team.

I originally completed the 16 week Incoming Sales course to help with appointment setting and getting more familiar with automotive sales calls. As of today I have also completed the 12 week Outbound Sales course to help me further my phone skills and making sure my customers are taken care of properly. The staff is top notch and always willing to help ensure you get the most out of the courses. The group calls are also helpful as they serve as live critic sessions and help you realize areas you might be missing! All around a great team, and great learning experience!

I have learned over my weeks of training that it is never too late to from others how to be more effective in communicating with customers. Great training team! The staff is friendly and professional but still makes a point to keep it relaxed and answers all questions asked. has taught some really great transition phrases and helps with overcoming objections with customers by providing alternatives. For all first time BDC representatives, this is a great way to help get over the anxiety of talking on the phone.

Our new GM came with the idea of phone training and I honestly doubted that it would be of benefit at first. Then I actually started implementing the training on all phone ups until I got so good at it, I started getting a lot more people in over the phone which led to more sales.
I also thought that I could do the same not only in phone calls, but with Facebook Market Place texts and it also worked perfect!
